02250106-789 is a high-efficiency spin-on oil-gas separator element [02250106-789] specially designed for rotary screw air compressors. As a core consumable in the post-processing system of air compressors, it adopts advanced physical coalescence separation technology to thoroughly remove dense lubricating oil mist from compressed air. In this way, it can supply clean, oil-free high-quality power source for downstream pneumatic equipment and realize the recovery and recycling of lubricating oil at the same time.

• Ultra-clean Exhaust (High-precision Separation): Adopts imported superfine glass fiber composite filter media, which can accurately capture fine oil mist of 0.1~1 micron, strictly limiting the residual oil content in exhaust gas to ≤ 3 ppm. It effectively prevents contamination of production line products or failures of precision pneumatic components caused by oil pollution.
• Spin-on Convenient Design: Equipped with a spin-on (1"-12 UN thread) interface similar to automotive oil filters. Maintenance personnel can quickly unscrew and replace it using only a filter wrench, greatly shortening equipment downtime for maintenance.
• Low-energy Operation (Ultra-low Initial Pressure Drop): The optimized flow channel design and gradient structure of multi-layer filter media maintain the initial pressure drop at ≤ 0.02 MPa. The low-resistance feature means the air compressor main unit does not need to work against extra resistance, thereby significantly reducing power consumption.
• Explosion-proof Static Protection: A highly conductive built-in anti-static safety device is integrated inside the filter element. It can rapidly discharge static electricity generated by high-speed friction of airflow, completely eliminating the risk of flash explosion inside the oil-gas separator tank triggered by static sparks.
• High Pressure Resistance and Corrosion Resistance: The housing and internal supporting frame are made of thickened electroplated stamped steel parts, featuring excellent resistance to torsion and pressure pulsation. It maintains perfect structural integrity under normal working pressure above 1.3 MPa or continuous high temperature of 120°C.

Maintenance & Replacement
1.Complete pressure relief: Before replacement, the air compressor must be shut down and power disconnected. Do not start operation until the pressure gauge on the oil-gas barrel reads zero. 2. Lubrication with oil: Before installing the new filter element, apply a thin layer of clean air compressor lubricant to the surface of the new O-ring to prevent the seal from shifting, twisting or deforming during tightening, which would cause air and oil leakage. 3. Installation torque: Tighten by hand. Screw it by hand until the seal contacts the base, then use a professional filter wrench to turn it an additional 3/4 to 1 full turn. Do not over-tighten, as this may strip the threads or deform the seal. 4. Anti-static verification: Check whether the end cap gasket of the original or replacement filter element comes with built-in anti-static pins or metal strips, ensuring good contact with the machine base for static discharge.
