Its primary function is to thoroughly separate and recover suspended misty and gaseous lubricating oil from compressed air flowing at extremely high velocities, ensuring the delivery of high-purity, oil-free compressed air to the end of the production line.

• Ultra-clean Exhaust Control: Adopts multi-layer profiled superfine glass fiber composite filter media to strictly limit the residual oil content in exhaust gas to ≤ 3ppm (mg/m³), ensuring safe air supply for downstream precision instruments, spraying equipment and pneumatic devices.
• Excellent Energy-saving and Consumption-reducing Design: Features an extremely low initial saturated pressure difference (≤ 0.02 MPa). It maintains ultra-low air resistance throughout its service life, greatly reducing the motor load and power consumption of the air compressor.
• Comprehensive Explosion-proof Safety Protection: Anti-static metal conductive strips are embedded in flanges and sealing gaskets, which can instantly discharge static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow, completely eliminating the risk of flash explosion caused by static sparks inside the oil-gas separation tank.
• Rigorous Pressure and Temperature Resistance Performance: The shell is supported by thickened high-strength perforated mesh with strong anti-collapse capacity (capable of withstanding impacts several times the working pressure difference at maximum), and maintains stable structure and materials in high-temperature oil-gas mixed environment at 120°C.
• Long Service Life and Low Maintenance Cost: With standard maintenance and high-quality lubricating oil, the designed service life reaches 3000 - 4000 hours (subject to working conditions), reducing the frequency of equipment shutdown for maintenance.

Maintenance & Replacement
Implement replacement based on "pressure difference countdown": The initial pressure difference when a new filter element is put into service is approximately 0.15–0.2 bar. When the oil separation pressure difference shown on the control panel reaches 0.8–1.0 bar (0.08–0.1 MPa), shutdown and replacement must be arranged immediately. Do not simply wait for the scheduled service time to expire, as a high pressure difference will cause a sharp rise in motor power consumption. • Mandatory service life limit: Even if the pressure difference has not reached the alarm threshold, mandatory replacement shall be carried out once the cumulative operating time reaches 4000 hours (or 3000 hours under dusty / high-temperature working conditions), to prevent severe oil carry-over caused by aging and perforation of the filter medium. • Emergency replacement indicators: If a sudden increase in oil consumption at the air compressor discharge end, frequent oil accumulation in downstream filters, or frequent shutdowns due to high airend temperature are observed, priority shall be given to checking whether DB2091 is clogged or ruptured by oil sludge.
