DC3357 is a high-performance built-in flange-type air oil separator cartridge specially designed for oil-injected screw air compressors. It is mainly used for the fine separation of high-pressure oil-gas mixtures. It can efficiently capture and coalesce lubricating oil mist in the gas. While ensuring high-quality oil-free compressed air for downstream pipelines, it maximizes the recovery of unit lubricating oil and significantly reduces the oil consumption of the air compressor and the overall operating cost of the unit.
Core Advantages and Technical Features
• High-precision Imported Filter Media: Ultra-fine composite glass fiber coalescing filter media is adopted. It features high porosity and great air permeability, enabling efficient capture of micron-sized and even submicron oil droplets.
• Three-stage Deep Separation:
Impingement Interception: Large oil droplets are directly trapped when passing through the outer layer of the separation core.
Coalescence and Draining: Fine oil mist coalesces into large oil droplets deep inside the filter media and flows down to the bottom recovery zone under gravity.
Fine Filtration for Output: The final stage evenly distributes the airflow to guarantee clean compressed air output.
• Robust High-pressure Structure: The framework is made of thickened premium stainless steel or galvanized perforated plate, combined with double-sided high-strength adhesive and precision resistance welding technology. It delivers outstanding pressure differential resistance and impact resistance, completely avoiding filter element deformation or collapse under high pressure.
• Static Elimination for Safety: A highly conductive static grounding gasket is built in to effectively dissipate static electricity generated by the high-speed friction of oil and gas, preventing potential hazards inside the system caused by sparks.
• Excellent Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: It can operate stably for a long time at temperatures up to 120℃ and in contact with various synthetic oils and mineral oils, with end caps and gaskets free from hardening and aging.

Maintenance & Replacement
1.Tight Sealing: When replacing, remove the debris of the old gasket on the sealing surface and apply a small amount of lubricating oil to ensure the new gasket fits tightly. 2. Check the Oil Return Pipe: Before installation, be sure to check the length of the air compressor oil return pipe to make sure it can accurately reach the bottom of the separation core and that the oil return check valve is unobstructed. 3. Regular Inspection: When the control panel indicates excessive pressure difference or abnormal oil carry-over at the exhaust port, shut down the machine immediately for replacement to avoid a sharp rise in overall unit energy consumption or filter element breakdown caused by excessive pressure difference.
