Product Positioning and Core Value
During the operation of the screw air compressor, lubricating oil enters the compression chamber. The core function of 4930655131 is to thoroughly separate lubricating oil mist from compressed air, return the oil to the lubrication system for circulation, and discharge clean, oil-free compressed air.

• Long Service Life: Under standard working conditions, its designed service life can generally reach 4000 hours (subject to the environment and oil quality), lowering the frequency of shutdown maintenance.

When replacing a new filter element, the following three points must be strictly followed; otherwise, oil leakage or safety accidents are highly likely to occur: • An anti-static conductive plate (pin) must be installed: For 4930655131, high-speed airflow friction generates a large amount of static electricity during operation. During installation, make sure the conductive plate on the top of the filter element is in close contact with the metal flange of the air compressor oil separator barrel. If static electricity cannot be discharged, accumulated sparks will directly ignite the oil-gas mixture inside the barrel and cause an air compressor explosion. • Do not scratch or touch the filter paper: The glass fiber layer on the outside of the oil separator core is very fragile. Handle it gently while transporting and inserting it into the oil separator barrel. Do not knock it with hard objects or squeeze the filter paper firmly with dirty hands. • Thoroughly clean the flange sealing surface: During replacement, completely scrape off residues of the old gasket, keep the flange surface of the oil separator barrel clean, and apply a small amount of lubricating oil to ensure the new gasket is pressed evenly and prevent gas short-circuiting and oil leakage.
Maintenance & Replacement
Do not wait blindly until the service time reaches 4,000 hours for replacement; differential pressure monitoring shall be the primary basis: • Core indicator: When the differential pressure across the oil separator element reaches 0.08 MPa ~ 0.1 MPa (approximately 0.8 ~ 1.0 bar), replacement must be arranged immediately. • Energy consumption cost: For every 0.01 MPa rise in differential pressure, the power consumption of the air compressor increases by about 1%. Failure to replace it in a timely manner will lead to substantial power waste and may even cause deformation and collapse of the oil separator element. • Maximum service period: Even if the differential pressure has not reached the critical value, forced replacement is recommended once the service time hits 1 year to prevent aging of the filter medium.
