1630051499 (General Interchangeable No. 1623051499) is a high-efficiency air oil separator core designed specifically for medium and large industrial screw air compressors. As a core filtering component of the air circuit system of the air compressor, it undertakes two key functions: delivering high-quality compressed air and recycling circulating lubricating oil.
Core Product Highlights
• Ultra-clean exhaust (≤ 3 ppm): Adopts precision coalescing filtration technology to control the residual oil mist concentration in compressed air within 3 mg/m³. It can not only protect downstream precision filters and air-using equipment, but also greatly reduce lubricating oil consumption during the daily operation of the air compressor.
• Low energy consumption design (initial pressure differential ≤ 0.015 MPa): The filter material features excellent permeability with extremely low initial resistance. This means the air compressor does not need to consume extra electric power to overcome the resistance of the filter element, thereby significantly cutting the enterprise’s power operating costs.
• High-strength collapse-resistant structure: The internal supporting frame uses thickened galvanized perforated steel mesh together with high-strength temperature-resistant adhesive, and can withstand a maximum pressure differential of over 0.5 MPa. It resists deformation, adhesive separation and perforation under alternating high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions.
• Dual electrostatic safety protection: Static electricity is easily generated by friction between high-speed airflow and filter material. This product is equipped with highly conductive static pins (grounding studs) as standard on the flange sealing gaskets, which can instantly conduct electric charges to the equipment ground, fundamentally eliminating the risk of internal explosion and combustion inside the oil-gas tank caused by electrostatic sparks.

Maintenance & Replacement
Closely monitor the pressure difference: Closely monitor the resistance of the oil separator element via the control panel or pressure difference gauge. ◦ Initial pressure difference: Approximately 0.015 - 0.02 MPa. ◦ Replacement alarm value: When the pressure difference reaches 0.08 - 0.10 MPa (0.8 - 1.0 bar), the system will trigger an alarm, and replacement must be arranged immediately. • Prohibit extended service: A clogged oil separator element will cause a sharp rise in motor current, a drastic increase in energy consumption and excessively high unit exhaust temperature. In severe cases, the filter element may be ruptured by high pressure difference, resulting in lubricating oil flowing directly into the downstream pipeline and causing an oil carry-over accident.
